Description

The HI981036 is designed for direct pH measurement during meat processing. Its built-in electrode has a conical glass tip and removable sleeve junction to facilitate cleaning. It measures 0.00–12.00 pH with 0.01 resolution and ±0.05 pH accuracy at 25°C, with automatic one- or two-point calibration. Supplied with meat-deposit cleaning solution, buffers, bridge electrolyte, storage solution, battery, certificate, manual and carrying case.
