Description
The HI981039 Foodcare Chocolate pH Tester is designed for pH measurement during chocolate making. Its conical glass tip is suited to semi-solids and emulsions, while the open junction reduces clogging. The PVDF body is food grade and resistant to many cleaning chemicals. It measures 0.00–12.00 pH with 0.01 resolution and ±0.05 accuracy, with automatic one- or two-point calibration and approximately 800 hours of battery life.
