Meat pH Tester with Built-in Specialized Electrode – Hanna HI981045

Description

The HI981045 is designed for direct pH measurement during meat processing. Its conical-tip electrode penetrates solids and semi-solids, while the PVDF body provides food-grade chemical resistance. The outer junction sleeve can be cleaned and refreshed with supplied gel electrolyte. It measures 0.00–12.00 pH with 0.01 resolution and ±0.05 pH accuracy at 25°C, with automatic one- or two-point calibration. Supplied with buffers, meat cleaning solution, storage solution, bridge electrolyte, CR2032 battery, certificate and instruction manual. FC097 blade is sold separately.
