The HI145-20 is a T-shaped digital thermometer developed for HACCP programs and applications requiring insertion force, including incoming meat inspection, semi-frozen foods and hot liquids. It has a 300 mm AISI 316 stainless-steel probe, CAL Check™, 0.1°C resolution over the primary range and approximately 10,000 hours of battery life.
