Description

The HI981032 Cheese pH Tester is designed for direct pH measurement during cheese and curd processing. It uses a conical open-junction electrode, low-temperature glass and food-grade PVDF body. Specifications include 0.00–12.00 pH range, 0.01 pH resolution, ±0.05 pH accuracy at 25°C, automatic one- or two-point calibration and approximately 1000 hours of CR2032 battery life. Supplied with buffers, cheese-deposit cleaning solution, storage solution, battery, certificate, manual and carrying case.
